Amandeep Litt (she/her) is a Physiotherapy Resident, registered with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has experience working in the hospital and private physiotherapy setting where she has worked with a range of clients. This includes stroke rehabilitation, intensive care unit patients, post-operative conditions, and orthopedic conditions.
Amandeep has completed a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, after which she went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.
Amandeep focuses on client-centered physiotherapy which considers client’s interests and evidence to assist them in achieving meaningful goals related to their everyday function. She utilizes multiple tools including, education, exercise, and manual therapy techniques to guide patients towards success with their rehabilitation goals. Amandeep has already completed her level 1 manual therapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has an interest in continuing her learning throughout her career.
On days when Amandeep is not in clinic, she spends her time with friends and family, enjoying outdoor activities, and planning her next travel destination.
