At ACT Physiotherapy & Health Services, we are committed to providing dedicated, one-on-one care to every patient. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without adequate notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another patient in need.
We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to the following fees:
- First occurrence: $20.00 fee
- Second occurrence: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee
- Third occurrence (and subsequent occurrences): 100% of the scheduled appointment fee
Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the patient and are not covered by insurance.
